My experience with MACH started only recently, and in that short time I’ve seen firsthand the level of compassion, knowledge, and dedication that goes into every single interaction both client and cat alike. Behind the scenes, it’s clear that every staff member is genuinely committed providing the best vet care possible. They are so knowledgeable about cats from the small things like toe nail trims to helping a sick kitty. Here, they take time to build a meaningful relationship which makes every visit feel more personal rather than transactional. They get to know YOU and are committed to making each cat (and their person) feel like family. I think that this speaks volumes about Dr R and the wonderful staff here. If you want a clinic that will take care of you and your cat; no matter what, this is the place.

I live an hour away, yet I gladly make the drive to bring my pets to this vet. The clinic is quiet and welcoming. Krystal is wonderful both in person and over the phone and makes everything so easy. I’m very pleased with the doctor’s care; she’s personable, attentive, and easy to talk to. Carly, the vet tech I’ve interacted with most, is also fantastic and takes the time to explain things clearly.

If I could give infinite stars to Dr R and MACH I would. She and her staff have been the amazing in dealing with our crew for both regular and more complex care. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, Dr R is compassionate and kind. I am so grateful to have found her clinic.

Great vet!! She really takes the time to talk to you and answer your questions. I've never felt rushed or confused like I have at other animal hospitals.
